AusMed Innovations has a range of US-made urine drug screens verified to the Australian Standard (AS/NZS 4308:2008). As the industry transitions to the 2023 version we will re-verify our devices.
In response to the findings of the recent National Wastewater Drug Monitoring Report (found here). AusMed Innovations has developed a drug cup that also detects Fentanyl, Oxycodone and Ketamine*.
*SafeWork Health (Tel: 1300-795-227) has a number of NATA accredited laboratories across Australia able to perform laboratory confirmation tests on these drug classes.
A US-made oral fluid (saliva) drug screen will be available shortly. This device works without the need of a buffer or a collection sponge and will be verified to the new version of the Australian Standard (AS/NZS 4760:2019).
Breathalysers
The AlcoQuant 6020 is the market leader in the portable hand held breathalyser market.
Available in “Standard” or “Passive” configuration, the AlcoQuant 6020 offers reliable accurate breath alcohol estimations quickly. This breathalyser employs German made technology and has been certified to the new Australian Standard (AS3547:2019).
Defibrillators
With first responders taking 7 minutes or more, automated external defibrillators (AED’s) can play a crucial role in the first critical 5 minutes after a cardiac event.
